Eden Rose is working with a nationally recognized Top 20 law firm that is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate practice in SF/Palo Alto
The firm advises leading private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex M&A transactions from inception through closing
- Draft, negotiate, and review acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Structure transactions to align with client commercial and regulatory objectives
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across tax, finance, employment, and regulatory practices
- Conduct and oversee legal due diligence and risk assessments
- Advise boards, sponsors, and executives on strategic transactional matters
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar Association
- 2+ years of experience in M&A at a leading law firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
- Experience handling middle-market and large-cap transactions
- Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities
- Portable business or demonstrated client-development ability is a plus
