Responsibilities include :

• Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations 
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions 
• Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs 
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations 
• Accurately document customer information using company tools 
• Represent the company professionally in the community      
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals 
• Participate in ongoing training and development 

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills 
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset 
• Coachable and eager to learn 
• Reliable transportation to our Nashville office 
• Valid driver's license 
• Professional appearance 
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods 
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
