Jr Salesforce Developer

Position Overview We are seeking an Engineer I with 2–5 years of experience to join a cross-functional Agile team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to quickly understand new applications and technologies. Ability to quickly learn new applications and apply logical problem-solving skills. Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications and related components. Create and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and application stability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues. Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and user experience. Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–5 years of software development experience. Experience with Salesforce development and administration. Hands-on experience with: Objects, Fields, Record Types Lookup and Master-Detail Relationships Salesforce Security and Sharing Salesforce Automation (Flows/Process Automation) Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Experience with DevOps practices and version control. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of automation experience. Experience working with multiple programming languages.
