Jr. Recruiter / Recruiting Assistant – Columbus, Ohio Job Purpose Achieves staffing objectives by helping the recruiting team. Duties Communicate with applicants regarding consulting opportunities. Coordinate with third‑party vendors and establish relationships. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escort applicants to interviews; arrange community tours. Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasize benefits and perks. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
