• Position Details: Full Time: Monday - Friday, no evening schedule
• Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development
• Must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing

to learn to co-facilitate groups. * Involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time. * Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates. * Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities. * Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings. * Other duties as assigned. Education:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• REQUIRED: At least one (1) year of experience working with adolescent
