Lead Generation Appointment Setter Cold Calling SDR

Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator for our established US marketing agency. We have great service offerings and excellent value in our services, though we need to start filling our calendar more to close more sales. That is where you come in.
We use Hubspot, Apollo, and our own custom web development to find and reach out to leads. We need someone to own this, basically taking over from scratch and run this part of the agency. Including finding leads, qualifying leads, reaching out via email and cold calling as necessary. Different systems and tools can be used if preferred or your own setup. What really matters is that we are getting qualified appointments on our calendar for a free consultation about our services.
This is an opportunity to own and grow a department of our agency and will be rewarded with bonuses on successful client signups along with a base hourly wage.
