Fertility Registered Nurse IVF

Chelsea Fertility NYC is a boutique clinic aimed at achieving a high level of customer service and excellence. The ideal candidate for the role of a Nurse would be as follows. 40 hours a week: Business hours are from 9 am - 4 pm EST Responsibilities Educate patients on medications, treatment protocols and procedures, and infertility evaluations Oversee patients’ cycling process – injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions throughout the cycle Coordinate patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures Routine phlebotomy as needed Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved Support and promote excellence in customer service Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in your day to day Require close personal contact with patients in the role of treatment cycle coordination Desired Skills and Experience 2+ years experience as a nurse in a fertility practice OR 5+ years OB/GYN Operating room surgical skills: Egg retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy Current Nurse license in the State of New York BLS and ACLS Certification Experienced in EMR, Practice Fusion, Kareo, Patient Portal, G‑Suite – overall tech savvy Ability to draw blood Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills High level flexibility Detail oriented, strong willed, ready to assist the Doctors and office as a whole Benefits Competitive compensation to be determined by experience and skills PTO, Sick Time and Paid Holidays Commuter Benefits, 401k options (Immediate vesting and safe harbor) Health insurance available CME opportunities available 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Ob/Gyn Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
