Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 3 Months

Position Overview: The Senior On-Site Service Specialist supports daily office operations by receiving, reviewing, processing, and organizing documents. This role also includes print production, mail services, customer support, and general office services to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, process, and store documents accurately.
• Operate high-volume print, copy, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical concerns as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to service requests.
• Maintain records, manage inventory, and track service-related charges.
• Coordinate delivery and distribution of completed jobs.
• Assist with mail services, reception duties, meeting room setups, and light office support as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment handling guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of related office, administrative, or production experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous copy, print, mailroom, or document management experience.
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and other office equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics or copier maintenance/repair.
