Field Sales Professional - Boston, MA

Field Sales Professional Full‑time Hybrid – Must live and travel 2‑5 days per week within the territory. Compensation Base draw range $55,000–$65,000 annually plus performance‑based incentives. Salary is based on education, experience, location, equity, and market alignment. Location Boston, MA. Position operates in a hybrid environment between a home office, schools, community, and event settings. Work Hours & Travel Hours may vary based on customer needs; evenings and weekends may be required. Travel predominantly local to schools and organizations within the territory (2‑5+ days per week), with occasional out‑of‑area or overnight travel. Responsibilities Provide best‑in‑class consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory and simplify their operations. Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets. Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns. Handle rejection with resilience and persistently turn challenges into opportunities. Navigate the company’s CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking to support sales and customer relationship efforts. Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels. Use data‑driven intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities. Manage account list and travel to assigned territory. Qualifications High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities. Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM. Co‑create a distraction‑free home office environment. 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports‑related background. Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, satisfactory driving record.
