Vice President of Global Partnerships

Radware Inc. is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced Vice President of Global Partnerships . Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the driving force behind Radware’s global partner ecosystem. Your primary mission is to define, build, and execute our global go-to-market strategy across Resellers, VARs, Partners, and Hyperscaler Marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Key Responsibilities: Global Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global channel strategy that accelerates revenue growth through Resellers and VARs across all geographic regions. Partner Ecosystem Development: Expand and nurture our partner ecosystem, creating scalable programs that enable them to build profitable managed security services powered by Radware. Hyperscaler Marketplace Leadership: Drive Radware’s cloud-first strategy by maximizing route-to-market opportunities through AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI marketplaces. Manage co-sell programs and marketplace incentive alignment. Partner Program Management: Oversee the evolution of the Radware Partner Program, ensuring competitive margins, deal registration integrity, and compelling incentive structures that drive partner loyalty and net-new business. Sales Alignment & Enablement: Work closely with regional sales VPs to ensure seamless alignment between direct sales and partner teams. Champion comprehensive technical and sales enablement initiatives for partner organizations. Leadership & Team Building: Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of regional channel leaders, cloud alliance managers, and partner marketing professionals. Candidate Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global channel sales, preferably within the cybersecurity, networking, or application delivery sectors. Proven track record of building successful, high-growth partnerships with global VARs and MSSPs. Deep understanding of Hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and experience scaling revenue through cloud marketplace transactions and co-sell motions. Strong financial acumen with experience managing global channel budgets, partner program funds, and MDFs. Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations. Compensation Compensation Range: $400,000 - 450,000 The estimated compensation range includes an annual on-target commission plan. This role will be eligible to participate in Radware’s Stock Plan.
