Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its corporate practice group in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Duties Handle mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell sides. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements. Advise on corporate finance and private equity matters. Provide guidance on tax-related deal structures and organizational structures. Assist with entity selection and formation. Engage in general corporate legal matters. Support real estate investment formations and financings. Requirements Three or more years of relevant experience. Experience in a sophisticated law firm's corporate/business practice group. Membership in the Idaho State Bar. Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-sensitive transactions. Strong independent work ethic under partner supervision. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Idaho. Skills Excellent academic credentials. Commitment to ethics and professionalism. Highly motivated and hard-working.
