Senior Counsel — Contracts, Compliance & Corporate Risk

Boise Cascade is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join the Corporate Legal team in Boise, ID. Based at the corporate HQ, you will handle complex legal matters with autonomy, advise on business decisions, and liaise with vendors on privacy and technology contracts.
