Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Legal Counsel to partner with the Enterprise Sales organization, accelerate revenue, and manage complex commercial transactions. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Security and Privacy teams to enable growth while keeping contracts scalable and compliant. You will draft and negotiate MSAs, subscriptions, NDAs, and other agreements, advise on risk, and contribute to templates, playbooks, and workflows that improve efficiency across #J-18808-Ljbffr Pearson
