Role Description The Store Manager role at Spirit Halloween is a full-time, on-site position located in Glen Mills, PA. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. This role leads and coaches store team members, sets clear performance expectations, and ensures a positive, engaging, and safe environment for customers and staff. The Store Manager drives sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards, executing promotions, and monitoring key performance metrics. Responsibilities also include implementing retail loss prevention practices, resolving customer concerns, scheduling staff, and partnering with district leadership to meet store goals and uphold company policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive shopping experiences and build customer loyalty. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to provide clear direction, support team collaboration, and professionally engage with customers and partners. Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and performance management, to run daily operations efficiently. Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard company assets, reduce shrink, and promote a culture of safety and compliance. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or seasonal store management experience, ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and proficiency with basic point-of-sale and retail systems.
