Mask Manufacturing Technician

Job Details Intel's Technology and Development team is looking for a Mask Manufacturing Technician (MMT). The MMT performs functions associated with mask manufacturing, operating the assigned module to meet factory safety, quality and output goals. Responsibilities Process products, maintain tools, sets and processes; participate in module team structure ensuring area cleanliness; train others and suggest module improvements. Serve as buddy, trainer, and certifier; update training manuals. Work on process improvement, troubleshoot nonstandard events in the production line, and review technological health and stability. Participate in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team as required. Perform routine tasks with general and detailed instructions; handle complex nonstandard assignments requiring judgment. Communicate and collaborate with team members effectively. Demonstrate initiative and be self-directing, working with minimal supervision. Resolve complex nonstandard problems, develop recommendations. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: High school Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate degree or higher in a STEM program with 2+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes: Military electronics/avionics technician training. End‑user computer skills and navigation. Schematic/wiring diagram reading. Electronic systems. Troubleshooting and maintenance/testing. Repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to component level using available schematics. Experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience in high-volume mask manufacturing with a photomask manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite. End‑user computer skills and navigation. Shift & Type Shift 5: days front‑end (AM–PM, Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Wednesday days). Experienced Hire. Not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
