The Facility General Manager is the senior site leader with overall responsibility for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of the Midland manufacturing facility. This role provides overall leadership for the site, ensuring safe production, quality, financial performance, asset stewardship, people development, continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional alignment. Setting long-term overall direction required to ensure site capability and sustain operational excellence.The Midland, MI facility, built in 1999, manufactures hydrophilic fumed silica used in applications such as adhesives and sealants, chemical mechanical planarization, coatings, printing, and packaging.
