You will utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and use hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete your jobs.Minimum Qualifications:Journeyman level experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC maintenanceLarge-Scale Rack Refrigeration ExperienceUniversal EPA certification for refrigerant handlingHold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report and criminal background checkHold an Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman's license for positions in Oklahoma18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalentMust be willing to take and pass a drug testJob Duties:Maintain and repair Harps Food Store facility's refrigeration/HVAC equipment and assetsUtilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders to support stores and associates and document repair activitiesProvide prompt response to emergency maintenance callsInspecting, operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issuesEnsure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelinesLift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and be comfortable working at heights up to 30'May be exposed to cleaning solvents or other chemicals.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly wagesWork vehicle and non-hand tools providedMultiple health insurance plans availableCompany provided Life Insurance with additional availableLong Term Disability401KEmployee Stock Option Plan (ESOP)Paid vacation based on years of service and hours worked.
