Reports to: Landscape Installation Manager. Position Summary: To oversee and implement the installation of a landscape plan. Schedule: M-F 6am-3pm, varied – some Saturdays when needed. Responsibilities Collect, read, and understand paperwork each morning to determine daily job tasks. Load up the truck with all necessary material in a responsible, safe manner. Drive work truck to and from job sites. Delegate responsibilities on site to the crew. Work with the designer to implement design per designers’ standards and instructions. Set and follow grades on the job site. Coordinate with the install manager about scheduling and completion of the job. Interact and assist with customer service throughout the install process. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Landscape experience. Knowledge of the industry. Hardworking and motivated. Ability to work well with others and delegate tasks. Capability to drive large trucks and medium‑sized equipment. Must be able to lift/pull 75 pounds. Qualifications Compensation based on work experience with landscape. Valid clean driver’s license – must be able to provide MVR report from DMV. Work Environment: Outdoors for the most part; must be comfortable in both cold and hot temperatures.
