Are you ready for a new adventure? Camping World is now hiring a Licensing Administrator to support our Senior Licensing Administrator and our Real Estate Team. What you will do: Coordinate with State/Federal/Local Agencies with highly confidential business information. Manage/track internal company processes and procedures for acquisitions and new construction. Conduct research requirements at State, Federal and Local levels to develop timelines and best business practices for navigating the license process. Use products developed during research to provide stores and operations with guidelines for compliance, regulations, and state laws. Apply for all initial new store licensing including but not limited to: State issued DMV license, local business licenses, repair licenses, sales/use tax licenses and Secretary of State name registrations. Work with Area Controllers and upper management to provide daily support, help transitions and prepare for new store openings. Work with risk management coordinating bonds, and COIs for signature and distribution to State, Federal, Local and in house departments. Coordinate with inventory team on processes, state required forms and state regulations. Provide ongoing store support after licenses have been issued including license violation notices and license renewals. Coordinate with construction team on CUPs, COO, signage, and zoning issues. Provide support for legal teams and paralegals. Prepare reports for upper management, and other administrative duties. Provide support and information for lease administration. Distribute and track dealership land violation notices/citations. Manage organizational documents on shared legal drive What makes you a great fit: You have a high level of attention to detail and require minimal supervision. You are adaptable to working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment. You have proficient computer skills, including email, word processing and Excel. You are skilled in active listening and can clearly communicate information. You are willing to attend meetings, take responsibility and follow through with assignments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field; OR equivalent hands‑on administrative and regulatory compliance experience. 2+ years of professional experience in business licensing, paralegal support, corporate regulatory compliance, or real estate administration. Prior experience navigating state‑level DMVs, dealer licensing regulations, local municipal business permits, or sales tax registrations. Proven ability to research complex, differing state‑by‑state statutory requirements and build actionable action plans or timelines from that research. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database tracking tools to manage hundreds of recurring renewal dates, bonds, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with zero margin for error. Proven experience managing highly confidential materials, including executive background check documentation, personal financial statements, and fingerprinting requirements. Comfort managing multiple multi-layered projects simultaneously (e.g., coordinating corporate officer updates across dozens of states at once). A track record of identifying filing bottlenecks or compliance risks early and resolving them before they impact business operations. General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
