What You’ll Do No two days are the same—and that’s what makes this role rewarding Complete service requests with urgency and quality Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies) Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing Electrical Appliances Carpentry HVAC Systems Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies Work closely with your team to solve problems and improve efficiency Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction—you truly make the difference. What We’re Looking For Experience in general maintenance (multifamily preferred) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC Positive, team-first attitude Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills with residents and team members Ability to lift up to 50 lbsReliable transportation Ability to live within 20 miles for on-call rotation What Sets You Apart HVAC certification (a plus) Strong troubleshooting skillsPride in your work and attention to detail A mindset of “see it, own it, fix it” A Day in the Life You might start your day knocking out service requests, jump into a quick fix for a resident, collaborate with your team on a turn, and wrap up knowing you’ve improved someone’s home.
