The LPN serves as one of the primary initial contacts with clinical services; by providing patient care, obtaining patient reason for visit, vital signs, and other clinical information; assists providers with procedures; administers injections and other medication, carries out clinical orders, Intravenous fluids (IV) and documents all information in the electronic health record. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. For a complete application, submit both a cover letter and resume. **Qualifications:**Required: Graduated from an approved school of practical nursing; current Ohio LPN-Pharmacology license or ability to obtain prior to start date; American Heart Association Basic Life Support - Health Care Worker certification or able to obtain prior to start date; IV Certification and experience; experience with electronic health information management systems. Successful completion of background check and health screening. Desired: 2 years’ work experience in an ambulatory care setting; experience working with an adolescent age population; working knowledge of communicable disease and control. ## Additional Information:Targeted hiring range is $22.36 to $27.88/hr. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the selected candidate’s qualifications.Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen and background check.
