Responsibilities may vary by position and can include:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Pull, stage, and verify customer orders accurately
• Load and unload materials and inventory
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (where applicable)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations
• Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed

Requirements

• Previous industrial, warehouse, or production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Basic math and communication skills
• Forklift certification is a plus for forklift-related positions
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
