Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who sees serving people as a calling-not just a job. Location: Kansas City Metro

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Pay: $75-85k + $10k performance bonus

• Lead the customer experience and ensure customers feel cared for
• Coach and develop the team
• Create urgency around customer needs
• Drive issues to resolution
• Build a culture of ownership
• Lead escalations with calm, clear direction
• Monitor KPIs to elevate performance
• Hire and grow talent who love serving others

• Customer Care / Service Leadership
• Account Management
• Service or Operations Management
• Team Leadership

Experience leading a customer-facing team is strongly preferred.
