Our team embraces diversity and values the contributions of every individual.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and functional limitations related to orthopedic concerns.Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation needs.Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education, to enhance recovery outcomes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness promotion.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.Regularly review treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress to ensure optimal recovery pathways.Patient Population / Client FocusThe successful candidate will focus on treating a diverse patient population ranging from athletes to elderly individuals, all experiencing various orthopedic conditions.
