Occupational Therapist - OT Day Shift
Qualifications:
- Skilled OT with at least 1-year recent Pediatric experience in home health, acute care, or out-patient setting
- Bachelor's Degree or high in Occupational Therapy or related discipline
- Current Minnesota License as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Team Oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the ability to work at the top of your licensure while working one-on-one with your clients to provide them with customized care
- Under the guidance of your physician, you will develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care to your clients on a daily basis
- Assist the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function by administering and interpreting patients' diagnostic and prognostic tests of function in their homes
- Participate in the development and revision of the Plan of Care by conferring with the patients' physicians and clinical team members
- Improve and restore strength, coordination, range of motion, and function by providing therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients in accordance with physician orders
