Direct Support Professional – Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact Location: Palmdale, CA 93551, USA Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $19 – $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑Time Start: Positions begin part‑time with a minimum of 15‑20 hours per week required Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus

• 300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 for part‑time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
