Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Resources Corp. Residential Services Location: Burlington, IA Employment Type: Full-Time (38–40 hours/week) Schedule: FT float position (you'll need flexibility to work various shifts) Make a Difference Every Day At First Resources Corp. , we're looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Residential Services team. What You'll Do Support clients with daily activities such as grocery shopping, errands, hygiene, and medication administration Assist with mobility needs, including two-person transfers and use of a Hoyer lift Help clients achieve personal goals like cooking, cleaning, and social integration Transport clients to appointments and community events Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed First Resources Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
