• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care.
• Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture.
• Partner with leadership to support quality improvement, staffing, and strategic goals.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Nebraska or compact state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• High personal integrity, a compassionate leadership style, and a positive professional presence.
• A commitment to quality care, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
