Registered Nurse (RN)- Pediatric OR

Position The UH Cleveland Medical Center Pediatric Operating Room seeks Registered Nurses to join their team. Schedule Five 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday plus on-call and off-shift obligations. Program Overview This 15-week full-time paid program teaches RNs the scrub and circulating role in the Operating Room, with classroom instruction, skill development during mock surgeries, and precepted clinical experiences. Following completion, orientation continues to build skills in other OR specialties. The next cohort begins July 13, 2026. What You Will Do Implement the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care. Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes. Demonstrate clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develop self and contribute to the professional practice of nursing. Display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation for specific duties and responsibilities.
