SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Location: 3301 College Avenue, Davie, FL 33314 Job Type: Full time & Part time (Shift Supervisor) Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1 year of prior hospitality experience. At least 6 months in a supervisory/shift leader role. Night and weekend availability.
