• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (structured as annual salary, equivalent to $190,000–$230,000/year)

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient pediatric care in a 30-bed ward with an average daily census of 16-18 patients
• Perform newborn nursery examinations
• Conduct pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including subspecialists and intensivists
• Work closely with a dedicated 16-bed PICU staffed by pediatric intensivists
• Participate in teaching and mentoring pediatric residents and medical students
• Engage in an academic environment affiliated with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care in a Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
• Prior inpatient pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
