• Duration: Permanent, full-time position
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (frequent days/nights shifts)
• Hours/week: 40+ hours

• License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Neonatology
• Experience: Pediatric residency or equivalent

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 annually (based on experience and training)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform newborn nursery examinations and assessments
• Conduct circumcisions with professional sterility and care
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, intensivists, and hospitalists
• Participate in teaching pediatric residents and medical students
• Engage with hospital nursing staff trained in neonatal transitional and couplet care
• Leverage Certified Lactation Specialist support available year-round
• Practice in a 58-bed Level 3 NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology coverage
• Contribute to high standards of patient-centered neonatal care
• No delivery attendance required

What You Need:

Required:

• MD or DO licensed or license-eligible in Nevada
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Neonatology
• Residency training in pediatrics or neonatology
• Experience in newborn care or hospital-based pediatric practice

Preferred:

• Previous NICU experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
