Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Competitive salary range of $190,000 – $230,000 based on experience and training (discussed during interview)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform newborn nursery examinations and assessments
• Conduct circumcisions and other neonatal procedures
• Collaborate with neonatal intensivists, hospitalists, and subspecialists in a Level 3 NICU
• Participate in education of residents and medical students
• Work alongside dedicated nurses trained in neonatal care
• Utilize Certified Lactation Specialist support available 365 days/year
• Contribute to patient-centered care in a hospital setting with 24/7 neonatology coverage
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid MD/DO license in Nevada or the ability to obtain licensure there
• Certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Experience in neonatal or pediatric inpatient medicine preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
