$5k Sign on Bonus for Full time and $2,500k Sign on Bonus for Part time!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of mental health professionals. As an LMHC, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of clinicians to provide individual and group therapy services to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients achieve their individual therapeutic goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited institution

• New York State License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• At least [minimum years of experience] years of experience in mental health counseling or related field

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment approaches

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
