Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detailoriented Distribution Associate to support warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate receiving, picking, packing, and loading while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and inspect inbound shipments; verify quantities and labels.

• Pick, pack, and load customer orders following established procedures.

• Maintain accurate bin locations, stack heights, and inventory organization.

• Return misplaced items and consolidate bin locations as directed.

• Follow housekeeping and safety standards for assigned warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year warehouse experience.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, dolly, order picker).

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (Datascope preferred).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong attendance, work ethic, and ability to work in a fastpaced team environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:45 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m.

• Overtime expected during peak season, including some weekends.
