POSITION DETAILS

Location: On-site in Columbia Fall, Kalispell or Whitefish , MT
Schedule: Full-time, typically a 4-day/10-hour schedule

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Montana Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their goals
• Instruct and progress therapeutic exercise programs
• Provide therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic environment
