• Train and evaluate AI models in HR and administration subject areas.
• Create tasks and deliverables based on real-world HR and administrative scenarios.
• Provide specialized feedback to support AI research.

• Professional experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, or HR policy and compliance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Remote, hourly contract opportunities.
• Typical project commitments range from 15 to 30 hours per week.
• Project scope and duration vary, and work may be scheduled around your availability and interests.

$60 to $80 per hour.
