Recruiting Coordinator

We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator at a professional services co. in Watertown, MA, 02472.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment

This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with the possibility of extension) and will pay between $27.00-$31.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 3 days per week.

Starts June 15, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams.
• Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting efforts and initiatives.
• Process invoices and Purchase Orders as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
