We offer career development and educational programs to support personal and professional growth along with a benefit package that supports each employee's best life.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinates loan closings with attorneys when they are cleared to closePrepares Closing Disclosures in adherence to TRID guidelines and obtains acknowledgements in time for closingPrepares closing documents prior to closing and forwards them for attorney's reviewPrepares balance sheets, confirms disbursement amounts at closingApproves settlement statement, verifies the net funding amount, and prepares funding requestsPrepares checklists for closed loan packages; notifies attorneys of errors and track receipts of corrected documentsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change over time.RequirementsMinimum of two years' experience in residential real estate closingWorking knowledge of various legal closing documents and TRID regulationsWillingness and aptitude to learn new systems is required to support Bank growth and expansion of services; working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and Finastra and/or Epic system(s) is preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under variable conditionsFlexibility and ability to adapt to changeAbility to build and maintain relationships and work effectively with the teamStrong communication and customer-service skillsHigh degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work independentlyMust be willing and able to report to Headquarters in Tewksbury five full days a weekSalary RangeThe hourly range for this position is $28-32 per hour. This range reflects the Bank's good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting. The Bank may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
