Operations SupportDodge's is proud to serve guests in 47 locations across 9 states throughout the Southeast! Our Tupelo Support Team is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our Operations team.We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This position will work closely with our locations, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensure our locations remain compliant.Duties May Include:Assisting with Underground Storage Tank (UST) compliance, including maintaining required records, documentation, and follow-upMonitoring compliance requirements and helping ensure locations remain up to dateBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliersCoordinating repairs and maintenance for store locationsFollowing up with vendors to ensure repairs and service requests are completed in a timely mannerCommunicating with store teams regarding maintenance, repairs, and operational needsObtaining information, quotes, and updates from vendorsMaintaining accurate spreadsheets, records, and documentationTracking outstanding repairs and projects through completionAssisting the Operations team with additional projects and administrative duties as neededWe're Looking for Someone Who:Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at onceHas strong follow-up skills and doesn't let things fall through the cracksIs comfortable communicating and building relationships with vendors and suppliersHas strong telephone and written communication skillsIs comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate recordsIs dependable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilitiesHas a positive attitude and works well as part of a teamIs looking for an opportunity to grow and build a career with Dodge'sBenefitsDodge's offers a competitive benefits package designed to support our team members both at work and away from work.
