Responsibilities Create and maintain employees’ files Prepare Termination process Vendors: Sign-up with vendors Place part orders Follow up on part orders Inventory: Office and vans inventory management Accounts Receivable: Process payments Follow up on overdue invoices Accounts Payable: Pay bills on time Payroll: Creating and sending timesheets Submitting timesheets to payroll portal Accounting: Bookkeeping Presenting tax returns Presenting sales tax payments Cash Flow: Keeping track and managing cash flow Insurance: Keeping track of insurance Requesting certificates of insurance Dispatch: Arranging techs schedule Adding jobs to schedule Customer Service: Communication with customers #J-18808-Ljbffr FlyLock Security Solutions - Houston West
