Job Description

Burrito Shak in Winterville, NC is looking for one assistant manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and attentive. We are looking for a working leader to help train and work alongside our team to deliver exceptional service and food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Learn system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

* Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

*Work alongside our staff on serving line, cash register, and food prep

* Provide great customer service with a smile.

* Follow all health and safety protocols.

* Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.

Qualifications:

* Must love what you do.

* Experience in high volume kitchens while leading a team to success.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Basic knife skills.

* Time management skills.
