Production Operator Newark, DE (M-F 8am-4:30pm) As a Production Operator, you will produce high-quality products through assembly of raw materials and semi-finished goods. Romer Labs is a leading global supplier of diagnostic solutions for mycotoxins, food allergens, pathogens, gluten, veterinary drug residues, melamine, GMOs, and enzymatic food analysis. Your key responsibilities

• Comply with internal and ISO standards by documenting activities
• Comply with waste management regulations by documenting chemical usage
• Ensure product quality by conducting in-process control of semi-finished goods
• Track stock levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods
• Produce semi-finished products and ensure product performance and quality criteria are met by calculating raw materials amounts

You bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• SAP experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate $23.00-$25.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
