The role requires an energetic individual responsible for overseeing shore excursions and providing exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or similar fields and possess strong public speaking and time management skills. This full-time position involves working 7 days a week onboard the ship for 6 to 8 weeks at a time, followed by a break period.
