Commercial Insurance Client Executive Join EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants as a Commercial Insurance Client Executive. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, driving new business, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance within the ESPI Programs Division. Job Overview The ESPI Programs Division delivers specialized insurance solutions through program management, risk assessment, and customized coverage. The Client Executive is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and collaborates with producers, support staff, and carriers to deliver high‑quality insurance solutions. Location Hybrid schedule at the Birmingham, AL office – 3 days per week onsite. Responsibilities Act as primary resource and first point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and managing day‑to‑day service needs. Coordinate marketing strategies with producers, define pricing, select carriers, and prepare comprehensive submissions. Negotiate coverage terms, premiums, and commissions with carriers and use tools such as PowerBroker AI for quote comparisons. Maintain accurate client data in the Sagitta Agency Management System and ensure all documentation is properly filed in ImageRight. Oversee renewal processes from 150 days out to finalization, coordinating with producers and carriers at each milestone. Prepare Broker of Record letters, coordinate binding of coverage, and manage new and renewal business workflows. What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of commercial insurance marketing, placement, or brokering experience, client and carrier facing. Expert knowledge of all lines of coverage. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Skills & Experience Proven client management experience. Deep knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting, and carrier relationships. Proficiency with Sagitta, ImageRight, Broker Buddha, and PowerBroker AI. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency. Compensation Base pay is determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and education, with consideration for internal equity and market data.
