Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – Mostly Remote, occasional office visits) Pay: $42/hr on W2 + Weekly Pay + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract: 5+ months (Possible extension)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will work with data, create reports, build dashboards, and help teams make better business decisions. You will work closely with different teams to understand their needs and turn data into useful insights.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business data and provide helpful insights
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
• Write and update SQL queries to pull and analyze data
• Work with teams to understand reporting needs and business requirements
• Check data accuracy and fix data quality issues
• Help improve reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks
• Explain data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• Document reports, data sources, and processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required (any field; technical/quantitative degrees are a plus)
• 3+ years of experience working with data analysis in a business environment
• Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries
• Experience working with large amounts of data
• Knowledge of data modeling or ETL processes is a plus
• Python or R experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with different teams
