An expanding cardiology group in the Dayton region is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with advanced cardiac disease. This position offers a mix of heart failure subspecialty care and general cardiology within a high-acuity environment that supports advanced cardiac therapies.

An expanding cardiology group in the Dayton region is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with advanced cardiac disease. This position offers a mix of heart failure subspecialty care and general cardiology within a high-acuity environment that supports advanced cardiac therapies.
- Manage patients with acute decompensated heart failure and cardiomyopathies
- Evaluate patients for LVAD and cardiac transplant pathways
- Provide care for advanced mechanical circulatory support cases in collaboration with tertiary specialists
- Maintain involvement in general cardiology services as part of practice scope
- Approximately 75% advanced heart failure care / 25% collaborative care at a partnering high-acuity cardiac center
- Full-spectrum cardiac care including open-heart and thoracic surgery
- High-volume cardiac procedures including TAVR, ECMO, EP services, and coronary interventions
- Dedicated cardiovascular ICU and heart/vascular inpatient units
- Air and ground transport support for critical care patients
