** Hansen CPAs is looking to fill a newly created position for a full-time Bookkeeper that will support our rapidly growing client base by providing full-charge bookkeeping and accounting administration services. **

Duties

· Provide General Accounting Services to multiple clients in multiple diverse industries (Private Equity Real Estate Funds, Commercial Real Estate Buildings, Agriculture, Contractors, Social Media Influencers, Consulting Companies, Real Estate Agents, etc.)

· Work directly with clients as their back-office accountant

· Work with a team to deliver financial reports under deadlines to client and internal taxation team

· Manage a large volume of data sets to analyze and reconcile in technical systems

· Provide A/R and A/P back-office services across multiple clients

· Manage to a calendar and schedule through detailed organization

Technical Essentials

· General Ledger Accounting

· Accounting Administration

· Review and Process Accounts Payable and Receivable

· Reconcile Bank Statements and General Ledgers & Assist with the Accounting Close Process

· Prepare & Post Journal Entries

· Update Financial Statements

· Organize and Prepare Work Papers and Client Deliverables

· Assist with Tax and Year End Projects as Needed

· Additional Accounting Duties as Assigned

· Proficient with Standard Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
