TIG Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $30.00/hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards. Operate and maintain TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently. Grind, finish, and prepare metal components while meeting production deadlines. TIG Welder Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience Aluminum TIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints Strong attention to detail WS Certification preferred Must pass an on-site TIG weld test Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
