Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to diverse clients across various age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our secure electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Utilize a professional billing service to manage claims, track insurance receivables, and ensure seamless payment processes.
\n
• Regularly schedule ongoing appointments with clients to maintain a structured treatment plan and calendar.
\n
• Demonstrate versatility by effectively addressing a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring personalized treatment strategies that promote client growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on providing mental health services to students ranging from childhood to adolescence and their families. Understanding the specific challenges faced in a school environment, the LCSW will address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and interpersonal conflicts, thereby significantly enhancing student emotional and social development.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid license to practice independently in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong therapeutic skills characterized by professionalism, cultural competence, and the ability to establish effective therapeutic boundaries.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage client schedules and documentation.

• Availability to work full-time, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and the commitment to provide services during at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus. Additionally, we offer:
