Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate client-specific goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention as needed, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that engender a sense of community and shared healing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
